Sausalito Project Start-up

This current project involves subtle contemporary updates to a 1930s-era Sausalito residence.  At the interior, the current phase of the project will feature a new bath with a tile and glass shower enclosure, a wall mounted sink basin, and cedar plank wall coverings. Exterior finishes to be installed by FR James include a curtainwall enclosing a new staircase, Swisspearl,stucco and Ipe siding, Bonelli windows and doors, new deck surfaces, and cable railings that will allow unobstructed views of Angel Island and the San Francisco Bay. Our scope of work also includes new interior and exterior finishes at an existing carport that is being converted to an enclosed garage space.
