FR James has worked on a number of projects for this beautiful home. The primary renovation included improvements to the entry hall, powder room, dining room, guest suite and family room.
Features included bordered oak flooring, custom doors and trims, cabinets incorporating eucalyptus and cane-work doors, concrete countertops and sinks, limestone bath floors with heat mats, a curbless shower, restoration of wood balusters, cabinets, and paneling, and Grohe plumbing fixtures. The handmade Heath tiles are intentionally irregular requiring special expertise at installation.
Other projects have included replacing the slate roof, upgrading siding and exterior trims, window replacements, insulation upgrades, exterior painting and a very fun custom barbeque enclosure.
