The owners of this ranch style home in the Montclair neighborhood of Oakland contracted with FR James to make a number of improvements and enhancements throughout the residence.
We created updated spaces with modern detailing at the entry hall and closets, guest bathroom, master suite and family room.
Throughout these areas our finish work included the installation of bamboo flooring and natural stone floor tiles, regleted door and window casings, and custom stained-birch cabinets. Finishes in the master bath included a custom concrete countertop with integral sinks, drywall finished flush with glass shower tiles, Grohe plumbing fixtures, and a frameless shower enclosure.
We completed our remodel of the residence in approximately four months and finished on time and on budget.
