This renovation of a street-level flat encompassed major updates and enhancements of the existing entry, main hall, dining room, kitchen, and master bath.
The architectural re-design of the existing floor plan required FRJ to execute structural renovations in the family room as well as expansion of both the kitchen and master bath to provide the clients with needed space. The design included re-working existing rooms to create a new master closet and a third bedroom. Other enhancements included custom cabinetry, extensive electrical upgrades and integrating tasteful finishes throughout the home.
Our client needed to keep within a strict budget for their renovations. FRJ’s documentation and invoicing procedures helped the client keep close track of the project’s progress and all aspects of the budget.
